    order to have a proper warm up that raises the heart rate, prepares the body 
    for activity, and prevents injury. TSWBAT display an appropriate sit-up 
    and push ups, which was taught in the first lesson. TSWBAT feel an increased level of physical well-being due to increased 
    level of physical activity. TSWBAT improve body 
    coordination, muscle strength, muscular endurance, cardio vascular 
    endurance, and flexibility through the animal walks, which will help promote 
    physical activity throughout life. TSWBAT move in general space while maintain space 
	between themselves and other students in the group by keeping their own 
	personal space free of other students. TSWBAT move in their personal space in different levels such as low, medium, 
	and high. TSWBAT enhance striking skills by applying the 
    underhand, overhand, and sideway strike with and without a partner, which 
    each student should successfully accomplish by striking the ball with the 
    wrist at least five times. TSWBAT strike a ball underhand with the wrist at least 
    5 times to a partner 10 feet away who should be able to catch the ball 
    without much movement. TSWBAT bump and set the ball or balloon to 
		  themselves at least eight consecutive times. TSWBAT bump and set the ball or balloon to a 
		  partner at least six consecutive times. TSWBAT bump and set the ball or balloon to a 
		  partner in their group at least two consecutive times and across the
