General Objective: • Safety in regards to unit topic
• Introduction to striking objects with  long-handled implements such as bats, hockey sticks etc
• Enhance locomotor skills through a combination of locomotor and manipulative skills
• Enhance nonlocomotor skills through a combination of nonlocomotor and manipulative skills
• Enhance manipulative skills through a combination of locomotor and manipulative skills
• Enhance fitness - cardiovascular exercise, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition
