There is no homework for kindergarten students and first graders, as the focus
is on neurological development through a wide range of movement. It is
also essential that these students have as much fun as possible, which will
help them enjoy movement as they get older. However, it is recommended
that parents take some time with their children to play with them or do
movements that the teacher does with them at school. It is also
recommend that the students get approximately 20 minutes of continuous movement
exercise on a daily basis. For example, tag games and walking. |
